We check the condition of each room carefully, including decor and individual items such as furniture with full item photography. We would take meter readings and can meet your tenant for check in.

At the end of each tenancy, the security deposit must be returned to the tenant less any deductions. To avoid a dispute (which can lead to tribunal) an inventory report would be your proof of conditions at the start and during each tenancy. Our reports are to the highest industry standard.
