If you are selling or renting out a property, you must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for that Property.

 

Our photographers are also qualified and approved DEAs - meaning we can produce the EPC during the same visit, saving you and the owner both time and money.

 

To produce the EPC, the energy assessor will need to inspect the property and use information such as type of construction, heating system and lighting. 

 

EPCs are required for all residential properties and the certificated would be valid for 10 years. The penalty for not complying with these laws is £200 for each breach, and you can be fined more than once.
